Gallery/Portfolio :)

Some of my previous work!

A selection of pry tools photographed at Halibut Point in Rockport, MA.

A pair of vibrant anodized timascus pry tools.

Mirror polished spiral pillow edge on a bronze worry stone with a subtle mokume gane inlay.

A trio of artifacts from a tentative set made over the course of a weekend. Leftmost is a mokume gane pendant, middle is a richlite pendant with various inlays, rightmost is a brass pry tool with etched linework.

Friction folder made with a spirograph stainless damascus blade, Australian vesticola burl scales, and titanium hardware.

Aesthetic photo of a nickel-silver pry tool and its leather slip pouch taken on a nature walk.

Stunning Australian vesticola burl/resin hybrid block. the wood was cut and dried in house and cast in primarily translucent blue with a small amount of opaque white for texture and depth.

Dark mahogany trinket box with a stunning red amboyna burl bottom.

A pair of cute leaf keychains made from the ends of spoons left over after making rings from the handles.

A pair of hand painted 1:64 scale Porsches from an aerial view.

A set of hardened steel tooth/ice picks with beautiful turned handles.

My first custom painted longboard deck done almost entirely with an airbrush barring a few small details, coated with automotive grade clear enamel finish.

a second and far more detailed custom longboard deck done entirely by hand with acrylic paint markers and fine line brushes, also finished with automotive enamel. (note this is also about the time i started to get REALLY into painting 1:64 cars)

Midnight purple Porsche 934 sitting on chrome 5 spoke wheels, featuring some 1:64 figures to add some life to the photo.

1:64 scale Honda Civic EF hatch with a full custom engine bay cast from kit-bashed parts taken from other 1:64 models. I LOVE making tiny molds of parts for these builds so i can cast more in the future!

A look at my admittedly questionable taste in cars in 1:64 scale hehe.

One of my absolute favorite 1:64 builds to this day, Drive Deviant Subaru Impreza WRX STI, fitted with a custom fab metal tow hook, and yes the windshield banner was done by hand and it took FOREVER.

A cute little side project made from a scrap of timascus I couldn't bring myself to throw away, and i mean who doesn't like pie XD.

Another cute side project made from scraps but this time with some personality! Plus i thought the idea of an ultem rod running straight up the center of the piece to make a little light was so entertaining i just HAD to try it.

One of my favorite pieces of all time! Mokume gane pry tool with an absolutely stunning topaz set into the handle protected by a hand carved brass overlay with stippling details in the visible spaces.

A personal project i did in the same style as the pry tool above! Made from solid nickel-silver with an orange cubic zirconia set into the body protected by a brass overlay with the signature stippled details. I still keep it on my car keys to this day!

A handful of gorgeous handmade beads made from a variety of exotic materials.

A look at the process to make the beads pictured above! Usually i start with slabs of raw material stacked and laminated then drill them and turn them on the lathe in little kabobs then finish them indiviually!

Optikwood "donut" bead! Honestly one of my favorite designs because of the verstility!

A small burl veneer wall hanging I made with laminated 1/4" ply and stitched together with copper jewelry wire!

A pair of matching worry stones made from canvas micarta and dye-stabilized box elder burl with resin and micarta liners and a unique locking screw assembly.

A series of design sketches for a set of mokume gane and bronze worry stones.

A very unique bronze worry stone with the raw cast texture on the front face.

A deep etched stainless boomarang damascus pry tool.

A stunning pair of knives made at different times for the same customer. Photo courtesy of Epoch Handmade.

A little richlite & ultem totem with carved alchemical symbols, the inspiration for my makers mark!

A truly one of a kind blade made from titanium, zirconium, and SM100. To this day I still haven't finished this piece. I suppose I'm waiting for the right material to speak to me for the handle or someone crazy enough to order the finished knife as a commission.

Sometimes you have to let your feral side out a little when making art. I'm absolutely obsessed with the acrylic laminate worry stones & keychains and finding/making art for them is half the fun!Â
